8Account Termination and Suspension

JP9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or requests from competent authorities.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the JP9 support team. Where account closure is initiated at the member's request and no violations are involved, any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all verification requirements are met. Funds tied to bonuses that have not fulfilled the rollover requirements are not eligible for withdrawal upon account closure.

• Members whose accounts have been terminated due to a violation are not eligible to open a new account.
• JP9 is under no obligation to disclose the specific reasons behind any account termination decision.
